Talent management specialist Ochre House is to stage an international conference for senior HR professionals on the in conjunction with Telefonica O2, Panasonic, National Grid, Royal Sun Alliance and Cass Business School.

Taking place at the Wentworth Club in Surrey on Thursday 13th May, the conferences core focus will be on the question why, if people really are an organisations greatest asset, so few companies have taken the talent agenda sufficiently seriously. Speakers and session facilitators will challenge accepted theories of talent management and examine what needs to change to turn it from aspiration into reality.
